Before I hired Alden Thomas I never had needed an attorney. Although I communicated to Alden and her team that I hope I or anyone I knew never needed to hire her, but if necessary she would receive my highest recommendation. Alden and her team worked to compile my documentation and submitted a clear and concise report to the Arizona State Board of Education, resulting in my case not being investigated.

Hired Attorney Ms. Alden Thomas

I was referred to Alden by a friend. I was wrongfully terminated by my former employer after being bullied and discriminated against by my manager. I told Alden about the circumstances and she was able to identify exactly where my former employer violated the law and helped me fight back. The end result was a settlement substantially larger than the severance my employer offered me. This entire period of time was one of the hardest times of my life, but Alden's patience and genuine care for my situation made things significantly better. I would highly recommend Alden if you feel like you have been wrongfully terminated or discriminated against.

Hired Attorney Ms. Alden Thomas

Ms. Alden A. Thomas is a fantastic lawyer. She is very well-spoken, professional, knowledgeable, and organized. Ms. Thomas had an elaborate opening statement prepared and provided strong arguments that dissected policies, laws, regulations, etc. that ultimately won my case. I would highly recommend Ms. Thomas to anyone seeking legal counsel regarding education law.

Hired Attorney Ms. Alden Thomas

While hiring an attorney is never an ideal situation, I have had the pleasure of working with Alden twice now and am confident she has been the best person for the job. I’ve had the unique opportunity to be her client both as an employee and now as an employer. We won my first case due to Alden’s persistency and expertise, and are amidst another case that I look forward to us winning as well. She’s been incredibly educational, diligent, aggressive when needed, and has always made me feel very supported.
