Before opening my private practice in 1987, I was a former deputy attorney general in Pennsylvania and prosecutor in Atlantic County, New Jersey. My passion for justice and my commitment to clients have made me a well-respected criminal defense advocate, well known for upholding the best interests of the people I represent.

I was in an overwhelming situation before contacting David Glassman. From the moment I contacted him, he was able to start passionately and aggressively defending my liberty! He was able to lay down the possibilities and the scenarios based on many felony counts and incarceration time I was facing. Through his relentless pursuit of his defense we were able to come to a resolution in one of the strictest counties in the state! I was facing mandatory minimums due to an owner of a multi million dollar company being age 60! In the end all the felony charges were dropped to 1 misdemeanor with no incarceration and I was able to get probation. DJG is one of the finest attorneys in the region and will give you the best opportunity to come away from your case/pending charges with the best outcome.

Mr. Glassman is the best defense lawyer that you could find around Philadelphia. He is highly experienced and phenomenal. He explained me each and every step in detail with patience, and made sure that I was comfortable while moving ahead. He has diverse background covering impact from immigration perspective as well. I highly recommend David Jay Glassman! David is an exceptional attorney! He won my daughters PCR case and had her murder conviction vacated. It was no easy task but he did it.
