I’m a local real estate investor and I had a dishonest contractor put a lien against my investment property that I was trying to sell. I searched online for a good law firm and that is when I came across this one. Jordan Popkin was assigned to me. She made a very frustrating situation better because she was professional and extremely knowledgeable. I felt like she truly cared and she definitely represented me well and was able to get me to a settlement without having to go to court and for less than 8% of the lien amount that the contractor was trying to sue me for. That just shows how she was on top of everything and how she carved out a solid defense for me which caused the other side reconsider their position and settle with what “I decided” was fair. I would definitely use them again. Thanks Jordan. You were a godsend.
