I am Amy Logan Sliva and for more than 35 years I have been an advocate for the legal needs of individual clients and their loved ones in Northwest Florida In 2013, I welcomed my son, Logan Francis Sliva, as an attorney to my firm and we changed our name to the Sliva Law Firm, LLC. Logan has recently served as President of the Northern District of Florida Bankruptcy Bar Association and has already personally handled over 2,500 debtor bankruptcy cases. The Sliva Law firm handled my case from beginning to end. It was a bankruptcy case and everyone at the firm assisted me any time I needed it, which was quite often. I had a heart attack during the preparation of the case and needed good people to help me through everything. I had to search out a law firm in a different city because of possible conflict of interest issues in my home town. I asked for a referral from an attorney I respect in my home town who recommended the Sliva Law Firm in Pensacola, FL. They turned out to be an excellent choice. I dealt with Logan Sliva who was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I work with bankruptcies as a part of my duties where I am employed and so am familiar with the processes. I went through Chapter 13 with them and they were wonderful! Took care of my case with ease. They were able to help keep my mortgage happy who tried to screw me. They would answer any questions I had, my wife had no problem with talking with them about my case. They worked very good for my case with ease.
