Hired Attorney Michael J. Griffith

Hiring Mr Griffith was the worst decision I have ever made in my life. He played upon my fear, would call me in for appointments and repeat things we had previously covered in other meetings. I felt as if he were running the clock.. Every meeting he would explain to me how much more Money he needed in order to represent me. The end result is I fired him, hired another attorney, who took excellent care of me, with positive results, and did not take advantage of me. Don't hire him !

Hired Law Firm

I paid $4000 for mr. griffith to represent me on a misdimeaner that i was truly innocent of. The facts were in my favor. I could have almost represented myself and won the motion to dismiss. I was put off on one of his female partners. She showed up late, misinformed, and ruined my chance for the dismissal. I ended up having to take a plea bargain or take it to trial and fork out 1500/hr. I continued to get billed afterwords for faxes/copies/scanning/etc. This law firm is a bunch of crooks!

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
