Thank you & Bless both of you Lena (Case Mgr.) Attorney Lorna for helping my life by helping me get SSA Benefits for case I had appealed. I will forever be grateful! They came through for me & did excellent job & at hearing. Knowledgeable Professional Compassionate and responded timely to any emails or calls ( I understood I wasn't the only case). My advice to others is Patience & work with your Case Manager to help your case & do everything you are supposed to. Nothing but positive feedback from them. They handled EVERYTHING! They were a great company to work with. The rep I worked with, Karen was kind, caring, knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with. She went above and beyond. She took her time to get to know me and cared about me as a person. She was a delightful woman to work with. The whole experience was wonderful. Thank you for all of your hard work.
During my time working with them my contact person changed 4 times. It was really hard getting updates or asking questions. I provided them all the info they needed. Not sure what all they did. They didnt tell me to tell SSI I had an agreement with my son for him to pay me back 250/mo for the back pay so lost that. They should have prepared me for answering SSi questions. So i lost 3700$ because they didnt prethink that issue which should have been explained. With all the changes in personnel it hurt the process
Do NOT and I repeat DO NOT use these people. My experience went like this: They had me in contact a lady name Erica. She was nice but she was more concerned about telling me about how she had to move from a huge 5 bedroom home down to a 3 bedroom home. She asked me for all of my paperwork which I sent. We spent time talking as I was telling her all of my issues. This was right in the middle of covid so while I had 1 autoimmune issue on record I had a bunch of doctor records and film of all the testing i had. I needed to see other specialists but that took time and the appointments were set but not in time for the court date. One day I get switched from speaking to Erica to speaking to a Melissa. She gets caught up on my issues. The day of court I'm expecting Melissa to be on the phone simce I've explained my whole issue only to find the attorney was a lady I think her name was Lorna and she was representing me and did not even know how to pronounce my condition!! Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.

Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
