Prior to settling my case I had a much better offer six months prior. They wanted to continue and keep the case open. The law had changed during this last six months, prior to settling allowing the attorney's the ability to charge more. They made more, I made less however I was the one that was hurt and being inconvenienced.

This is the worse law firm you could possible chose to handle your case. They have many unqualified workers who are certainly not qualified to do their job and could care less about your case. They repeatedly told me they were working on my case when in fact they were not. I did not realize they were lying until late in the game. I switched to a wonderful law firm and I know they are on my case because I am regularly updated by social security. When they had my case they calls from social security were only to inform me they could not get any response or paperwork from the law firm. Save your self time and aggravation and skip them all together. Additionally Lyle Miskinoff gave my personal injury attorney much false information because he is not up to date on the changing laws. I lost valuable time waiting for them to do a job they never bothered to do.
