Have you consulted or hired this lawyer?
Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer. It was an amazing attorney very knowledgeable in the courtroom and really cared about my case. Everything everything went smoothly. You couldn't have a better person on your team.
After consulting with a PhD phycologist this is my honest appraisal from first hand experience. Note: every contract has an implied covenant of good faith and fair dealings. Ed is well dressed, intelligent and a good listener. I intended to hire him for only 2 reasons: to review the discovery and to help me reach my former friends on the other side because I believed I could reach an ambilocal solution pretrial. He said all the right things. However, he took my money, did what he wanted, then power-played me a year later, with out reviewing the discovery thoroughly with me nor helping me reach my former friends (Any attorney could have advised if this was a good idea with less than 30seconds of inquiry and before taking my money. Ed assured me he would do both). This is a major character deficit. Full stop. He was minimalistic in communication with me. Many of my emails were ignored. I was out of money or I would have left. Is this Good faith practices? Is this Fair dealings? FULL STOP
