Hired Law Firm

I retained Ms. Davidson in 2016 to handle a legal matter for me. I found her to be unprofessional,incompetent and irate at times.After several versions and multiple errors in my paper work, I went to see her in her office with my daughter. I choose Ms. Davidson because she is an elder care attorney, however at our meeting she was verbally abusive. I inquired what the problem was. Ms Davidson's response was her problem is our "current President, Mr. Trump".

Hired Law Firm

Hired Ms, Davidson to create 5 documents. Made many mistakes. Didn't reply to email, or phone messages. Produced one of the 5 documents with various mistakes. Blamed her assistant. Became Irate when I pointed out the mistakes and said I needed more attention than what I paid for. Mistakes were not acceptable. Unanswered questions were not acceptable. She Quit. She promised a refund then attempted to keep the refund until I won the dispute with my CC company. Attempted extortion. Terrible

This individual never retained me to represent him. Because this is not a client his post is clearly improper. The author of the comment has no valid grievance against me. I do not intend to respond to any future posts by him.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
