Hired Attorney Mark Brenner

Very dedicated professional, customer focus, forward thinker and big risk taker; at times, maybe at his own expense. Highly recommend him. Be prepared for surprises that may seem unorthodox but which for sure, under his leadership, will work well at the end.

Hired Attorney Michelle Quinn

This lawyer represents the building in which I live (and many landlords). She is nasty and needs to spell-check her responses. More importantly, she does not guide the cop-op board property with a reasonable thought process. She writes down any dispute they tell her without questioning details and proof of what the claims are. She seems to enjoy evicting tenants without cause.

AWFUL! Beatrice Lesser sent me an email asserting I was threatening her to which I replied I would file a complaint with every licensing agency in the State of New York if she falsely accused me again of threatening her. I didn't hear anything after that. What a sham for an attorney to stoop to such antics when communicating with me. RESPONSE TO GALLET DREYER & BERKEY'S REPLY: Attorneys have a code of professional ethics, Beatrice's false accusation of me threatening her shows her lack thereof
