Mr. Lee's office has guided my parents and I through our legal process of obtaining both green card and citizenship. Our journeys were not simple nor easy, but in the end we were approved. Mr. Lee's office also helped me petition my spouse for a green card that was approved recently. I would highly recommend Mr. Lee and his trusted legal team.

I’m glad I chose Alan to file for my H1B petition. I got RFE like most of people I know who file for H1B this year, and people in Alan’s office are all super helpful and responsive during the whole process of preparing for RFE documents. I then got approval notice after one and half month. I really appreciate everyone’s help and would love to recommend Alan to other people.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
