At Carey Leisure & Neal, we put CARE first! Our firm has been serving Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando and Hillsborough countries for over 20 Years. We advocate for those injured due to someone else's negligence.

Our firm traces its roots back to 1984. In March of that year, Tom Carey founded the predecessor of the current firm in Clearwater. He had lost his wife, Joni, to a drunk driver one year earlier, and became an activist in the fight against drunk driving. The firm specializes primarily in Personal Injury claims involving Auto Negligence, Pedestrian Accidents, Slip and Falls, Dog Bites, Wrongful Death and Cemetery, Crematory and Funeral Home Malpractice. Serving Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando and Hillsborough Counties, the fully staffed firm handles cases within the entire state of Florida. The firm was recommended by a friend of my daughter. I dealt with the paralegal more than the attorney. However, the attorney was available if I needed or wanted to speak with her. We used email as the primary means of communication and it worked wonderfully for my work schedule.

I fell and broke my hip on rental property that did not have railings on their steps. I called this law firm and started the law suit.{para}The process from start to finish took about a 1.5 years. I would give this law firm a final rating of a solid B. Stephanie shined above everyone that I dealt with. This was my first (and I hope my last) law suit. I did not know that my insurance co. would get about 1/3 of the settlement. I only got about 1/3 of the settlement, but that is better then nothing !
