Ms. Rodriguez appears competent enough, and reached a settlement in our real estate petition case. However, she does the very minimum when it comes to communication with her client, and is not very empathetic with them, IMO. I would not recommend working with her, because she can go MIA for long stretches of time.

I had this lawyer back in 2018-2019 & had the worst experience. VERY quick to take your money & not even fight for your case. Would not recommend at all. Let the other lawyer walk all over her.

This was a devastating experience. Erica had me sign papers that hurt my case. Never explained anything to my daughter when she asked she got a lot of this is how it works. Would never call my daughter back. Not worth a dime. Would love my money back.

Do not recommend. Did not know of her poor reputation until after I hired her. Poor communication. Goes MIA for a while and pops back up couple days before the court date. Does not fight for your case. Yet Quick to take your money.

Erica was very unprofessional, and within a few seconds of the call was arguing over facts that can not be proven. That’s all you need to know about the type of attorney she is. Not personable and comes across as she thinks she’s better than you. Aka really pompous.
