I have had to be the one to constantly call them on how and what is going on with case. I feel because we all know that for the most part the money we get is not truly a fair amount related to the formula that is used. Plus, by law, they can only receive 20%, so I feel my case is just not priority, and that my case is worked on when they decide they have a minute to look at it,or I call and request answers. They sent in an offer, did not even call and tell me my % of disability that was given.
