We founded Lindsey Amonette + Glassford, PLLC in 2010 because we wanted to help good people in their most pressing times of need. With well over 20 years of extensive legal experience, we not only know how to effectively address our clients’ legal issues, but we also know how to listen to each client’s individual priorities and needs in order to most efficiently guide that client to an effective resolution.
We advise clients on the options they may have at their disposal to resolve the issues that they are experiencing, including traditional litigation, mediation, negotiation, and collaborative practice. While some issues certainly necessitate a judge’s intervention, we have found that there are often more efficient and cooperative means to resolving issues in a less expensive manner and in a way that fosters ongoing relationships instead of destroying them.
