About Zachary A. Cohen

Zac was born in Salisbury, North Carolina and graduated from West Rowan High School where he was a two sport athlete in football and track and field. His senior year he broke the North Carolina 2A Discus record. He attended Wingate University on football and academic scholarships and played football for four years. After graduating from Wingate University, he relocated to Texas earning his Juris Doctor from Texas Wesleyan University, now Texas A&M University School of Law in Fort Worth.

Between his second and third year of law school, he interned with the office of the District Attorney in Union County, North Carolina and during this internship he gained valuable experience in evaluating cases through a prosecutor’s perspective and trial experience in both District and Superior Courts. During his internship with the District Attorney’s Office, his first trial was prosecuting a DWI. After passing the North Carolina Bar exam in 2005, Zac immediately began his practice as a private attorney in Monroe, North Carolina. Zac is an experienced trial attorney who is dedicated to defending his clients. He focuses on criminal defense, including all felony and misdemeanor cases, with an emphasis on traffic tickets and DWI.

HIRED THEM AND A COUPLE DAYS LATER ALL MY TICKETS WERE RESOLVED CASE CLOSED NO COURT FEES!!!WHEN I TELL YOU THEY ARE THE TRUTH & IF THEY TELL YOU THEY CAN HANDLE IT BELIEVE THEM BECAUSE IT CAN BE DONE. I CALLED OTHER ATTORNEYS TO HANDLE MY TRAFFIC MATTER AND NONE OF THEM TOLD ME THEY CAN HAVE MY CHARGES DISMISSED OR NOTHING I WANTED TO HEAR THEY WERE CHEAPER BUT ZACK COHEN IS WORTH EVERY DOLLAR!!! HAPPY CUSTOMER WILL BE REFERRING OTHERS!! THANKS AGAIN I AM PLEASE WITH MY OUTCOME . -CHANEL-

I used Mr. Cohen for a couple of issues. I knew as soon as left his office that I made the right choice. He was very compassionate about my case and he went straight to bat for me. Both cases were resolved and I am very pleased with the outcomes. He also has the best staff around, they were professional in their duties and kept me informed. Zack Cohen is heaven sent. I recommend you go to him if you have a DWI issue or speeding issue. I got charged for DWI and Speeding. I went to him and this is all I can say, He is a good listener, didn't treat me like a case file but showed compassion and took my issue very seriously. All his explanations were explicit.
