Mr. Groff has been a lifesaver and because of him and his firm, I have financial security for the first time in my life. I was seriously injured when a car hit me when I was crossing a street in my wheelchair. The police blamed but Mr. Groff proved car was speeding. The most important part is my case settled over three years ago but he still visits me and is always there for me when I need him.

Mr. Diaz did very well in my case. He would always keep me informed with my case and is very good at explaining what was happening and what needed to be done. I would recommend him to anyone as he is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He is very good at his job. The office staff were also very professional and did a good job in sending me paperwork when things had to be signed and also worked with me in emailing me things if I was at work. This office is a 10 out of 10. Very good.

I cannot speak highly enough of Attorney Angel Diaz and the entire team at Kirschner, Groff & Diaz. From the very beginning, Angel Diaz stood out—not just as a sharp and seasoned personal injury attorney, but as someone who genuinely cares. Unlike most firms where the attorney is involved in the intake and then vanishes, Angel Diaz remained consistently available throughout my entire case. He gave me his personal cell number—the same number his family uses—and made himself available day or night, plus weekends. Every time I had a question, he picked up or called right back, and I never felt rushed. Angel speaks fluent Spanish, which made communication even more reassuring for us. He took the time to explain every step of the process and always made me feel heard. I never once felt like “just another case.” His firm runs like a well-oiled machine. The staff is professional, responsive, and caring. If you want an attorney who won’t disappear after you sign up, call Angel.
