Jackson White Law has served our family for several generations. Most recently Ryan Hodges help our family probate an estate and close an ALTCS account and it's accompanying Miller Trust. Both processes were complex and required a lot of attention to detail. Ryan made sure what was required of the family was carefully explained in detail. I could not have been more pleased about my decision to retain Ryan Hodges of Jackson White to provide legal guidance to me in handling my sister’s estate. I was luckily referred to the firm by our social worker at Hospice of the Valley. As I live in New York and could not travel to Phoenix last spring/summer due to Covid, it was all very difficult as my sister had long ignored my requests to write a will and had given me no instructions about any assets - and then suddenly became very ill. I am a stickler for detail and getting things done correctly and asked a lot of questions. Ryan was always there to promptly and graciously answer my emails or phone calls. I thought the set fee was reasonable and I am fairly sure I took more of his time than other clients, but he never said so and he was always ready to explain legal questions very clearly and give me guidance on related matters. He always filed papers with the court immediately and was most kind and efficient.

My cousin passed with no will or trust. I reached out to Jackson White, Ryan Hodges. He was up front and honest with my situation & my cousin’s financial situation. There were 16 cousins & 2 uncles involved. Ryan candidly advised me that after debts there would be little if any monies left to distribute. I did decide to continue so I could pay my cousins debtors in full. This estate probate was handled in Pima County, Arizona with me in New Mexico during a pandemic. Everything was done remotely. He assisted me thru the court proceedings, filing of claims, distribution of assets, getting a bond, & finalizing the paperwork. I successfully became the personal rep for my cousin’s estate. Mr. Hodges was right there were no assets to distribute to the heirs. But I have my cousin buried and those that gave my cousin assistance in the last years were repaid. If I ever need assistance from an attorney in Arizona, I will gladly call upon Jackson White.

If you’re going through probate that means you’ve lost somebody and that’s hard enough. Ryan Hodges makes it so easy to go through this process . I never had to wait on Ryan, most of the time he was waiting on me. He was always so politely and was great at trying to keep me on track. Hopefully I never need a probate attorney again but if I do I will call Ryan at Jackson White!

Our experience with Ryan Hodges was in his capacity as a probate attorney.  My brother died suddenly shortly after arriving at our home in Florida. He did not have a will and his estate involved a former wife with medical concerns and shared property in Gilbert AZ.  We wanted to find a local AZ probate attorney that also had experience with eldercare. I worked with Ryan Hodges since I petition the court to be Personal Representative for my aunt Estate. After her dead and nine hears some in AZ., Calif., Utah and some in South America made the case complicated, Ryan is very professional knowledgeable in Probate Law and he work hard the process was successful.
