Attorney Gary Martin Hays, our firm's founder, used to defend insurance companies in personal injury, product liability and wrongful death claims. Now he helps people like you – people who have been severely injured and need to recover their losses. He didn't want to spend his career preventing personal injury victims from getting the financial compensation they are entitled by law to receive.

Having decided to commit his life to helping personal injury victims, in 1993, Gary Martin Hays founded the Law Offices of Gary Martin Hays & Associates, P.C. Attorney Hays was able to use his knowledge of how insurance companies work to assist people filing claims. The firm includes several other attorneys who used to work for insurance companies but now focus exclusively in personal injury law practice areas.

Since the founding of the firm, Gary has helped injured victims and their families recover more than $1 billion in settlements and verdicts. We know that an accident can turn your life upside-down. I could tell that the law firm was servicing hundreds, maybe thousands of customers. My case was not given the attention it should have been and after 1 year my case remains open.

If I could rate lower than a star, I would. I am thoroughly disgusted and disappointed with the Duluth office of Gary Martin and Hays. They aren't professional and they do NOT care. By this I mean that they do NOT sympathize with you or the hardship(s) you're going through or enduring. They are so automated in what they say to try to come across as sympathetic. EPIC FAIL. I say this because every conversation and every email starts off with an automated , " I am soooo sorry," or "I could only im

They mislead you about what amount of settlement you can get. One of their employees treats you badly and is very short with you when asking questions. Overall not a very good experience with them.
