Richard is very laid-back open-minded trustworthy and not one time did he ever show any concern about whether the case he was representing me for would be a problem to win. he went in there just knowing he already had the case won. if you call he will respond quickly if your got was unanswered. I recommend him very much and by the way. My case was a victory

I am glad I reached out to Richard and to have him represent myself in my case. True American that will fight for you to his fullest abilities, very knowledgeable and a lawyer you can count on. He coordinated all my appearances to be via zoom which helped a great deal and not causing further expenses put upon me during the pandemic in 2020. Thank you so much Richard and God bless.

Hired Attorney Richard H. Seaton Sr.

He was open and responsive to our suggestions. He provided frank counsel about our legal situation and the chances of our case in court. His assessment of the judge assigned to our case, as well as the opposing counsel, and their likely reactions to it was pretty accurate, indicating he has a good knowledge of his colleagues, and prepared us for court accordingly. While strongly committed to our position, he encouraged us to maintain a realistic attitude given the law and the judge.

Richard tends to try to over charge at times, but if you know the true extent of your issue , you must let him know in advance to get a fair price

My experience was so bad, I feel I'd be better off without a lawyer. Very simple case was dragging for 7 months in which I met Richard Jr. twice, 5 minutes each time, but since he is straight forward and to the point it sufficed. Staff, on the other hand was awful: I had to call 3-4 times for each piece of paperwork, so obviosity of stuff lying to me was striking-replies to the same request were at times opposite. One thing this firm did without being asked twice- charging me lawyer fees.
