One of the BEST decisions I ever made was to hire the Ward Law Group in August 2020! Attorney Ward's entire legal team, especially his extremely diligent paralegal. There are seriously not enough words to express my gratitude. She is very efficient and put me at ease from day one. Not once did they make me feel like "just another routine" SS Disability case; I was a real person who needed help. I had no knowledge of the legal system, especially when it included medical issues, they walked me through everything step by step explaining every step before it was taken. I was overwhelmed when I started my application for disability, especially because I am so young, so I decided to look into disability lawyers. John and Legal assistant Kayla made this process much more comfortable to get through. They not only maintained communication with myself but with eachother. The other lady I had spoken to throughout my process, her name was Jessica I believe, was also always very pleasant to deal with. There was very little wait time to hear back from someone if I had to leave a message, far less than 24 hours. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

This law firm was amazing. We worked with two of the lawyers as we had two different cases, and they were right there every step of the way explaining everything. The paralegals were just as amazing the would respond quickly to an email and they would also answer any questions when you called. It was great that I could contact them or even when things changed in the case if I didn't know what it meant they would explain it until I understood what they were saying. I always told them I was sorry for a million questions but they were always willing no matter what to answer. They never made me feel like they were in a hurray because they had a million things to do they took their time with me every time. I loved that I could write email them on a Sunday and Monday morning I had an answer to my questions. I can never thank them enough for Everything they helped my family with through the whole process. I highly recommend them there amazing company!
