David is one of the best in town. He is very professional and down to earth. He is very knowledgeable. He is very honest. He was able to understand my case at ease and provided me with legal advices necessary that result in a favorable resolution of the case. I hired Mr. Daugherty in 2013 and during these past 7 years he has helped me tremendously through multiple cases. He has gone through every possible scenario in my cases so I’m fully prepared and has been caring, honest and open with me about every case. He never once hesitated to answer all of my questions no matter how many there were or how silly they were, he always took his time with me and listened. Hands down the best, most reliable lawyer I’ve ever found to handle all of my cases involving my child. I’ve recommended him multiple times and will continue to do so. Hired Law Firm

David Daugherty represented me when I was accused of possession charge. Although I was scared of going to jail, David never broke a sweat and always had a plan when it came to my defense. Mr. Daugherty was always available to talk to me about my case, and answered any and every question I had no matter how dumb it was. I am 19 and able to plan my future because David Daugherty saved me from a stupid mistake. If you want to stay out of jail, you want David Daugherty by your side in the courtroom.

I called many attorneys which none were available in short notice . David took my call and listen to my case after meeting with him on the same day it was a great relief to know i had an amazing attorney.
