I sent two emails over a months' time regarding representation in a complicated probate case in Ector County. They couldn't even be bothered to respond with a "no" we cannot help you. They continued to ignore my emails. Common courtesy is absent in a great deal of law firms in this portion of Texas. Needless to say, I can't see this firm being a very communicative representative for any client. If he responds to opposing counsel writings the same way I can't see it working out for a real client.
I never received a reply from Bustos Law Firm. My case is simple, but no one was willing to look into it. I have no choice but to look elsewhere for legal direction. The firm could have profited from handling my case.
