Martin is absolutely amazing. I can not say enough about what an incredible, responsive, intelligent lawyer and man he is. I highly recommend him for any real estate disputes. He defended us and had our backs until the end. If it weren't for Martin, we would have lost our house. We can not thank him enough!!

Hired Law Firm

A complete class act. Handles issues w grace and does not make issues worse. Understands, problem solves, and engages in a productive whole hearted manner and is available. Martin does not take advantage as some lawyers are known too and is just a total asset

Hired Attorney Martin L. Horwitz

Martin is the kind of lawyer that gives lawyers a good name. He handled a traumatic civil suit for me, at the end shutting it down completely, just a few days ago. In the process he exhibited that exact mix of ethical, genteel, appropriate, and then demanding, determining and ultimately winning communications which I think everyone dreams of seeing from their counsel. Neither a monster nor a pussycat, he plays the game with style, and to win.
