I would like to thank Atty Montana Crow and Berry Law Firm for providing me assistance during my time while trying to obtain my disability benefits. Her office was attentive, quick to respond, and took the time to help me understand the process and requirements. Ultimately, this resulted in the compensation that was just. Attorney Stephani Bennett is excellent as well as her legal assistant Missy! Quite often in the interview process, many have had a flagrant attitude toward Veterans of the Vietnam era, but I was quite pleased in the review process rendered by Ms. Lovrien. She was cordial and pleasant and for that I am grateful . Thanks to your company for having employees like her.
We love getting feedback like this, so thanks for the great review! If there's anything we can help with in the future, please don't hesitate to let us know!
I can't thank Rachel Collins enough! I contacted Berry Law while hospitalized from an accident, knowing I needed help to navigate this situation. After that I didn't have to worry about anything other than getting better. Everything was fully explained to me and updates were provided throughout the process without having to ask. Rachel and her team were always one step ahead. Her genuine care and concern for me was evident as she worked towards a resolution. I am so very grateful for all she has done.
We so enjoyed working with Rachel, she was extremely professional in guiding us through the legal process, keeping us up to date. Great communicator. Provided quick responses to our questions. Rachel fought on our behalf for the best possible outcome.

Berry Law and Corrina Bartels have been amazing to work with. Corrina is very responsive and is always keeping me up to date and informed. In the short time I have been a client she has made significant progress on my rating and claims. I truly believe they have my best interests in mind. I highly recommend using Berry Law for any Veteran going through the VA process. Thank you!
Would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to Stephanie Costello for making the decision to take my case. From day one, our very first meeting, I knew that we had a chance at winnin my disability appeal. I realize that this was not the easiest case to win, and that she were required to spend long hours researching and putting legal briefs and other presentation together. It is for this that I thank you. Stephanie Costello treated me just as well has your more prestigious clients. In fact, I was not prepared for the kindness and consideration I received from her. It was not all “business” it was something more personal taking about my case. This made me feel secure in handling our case. Thanks for her expertise and prowess, my case not only saw the light of day, but was won. Justice was served. Her dedication, attention to detail and diligence made this all possible and did not leave my side, but remained steadfast.
I appreciate you leaving me such a great review! You were a joy to work with and if there's anything my team or I can help you with in the future, please don't hesitate to reach out!

We appreciate hearing about your experience with David and Berry Law.
Rachel was kind and welcoming as she explained the procedures during every step of our experience. Rachel is an exceptional communicator. We felt valued and we were well cared for from initial phone call through final paperwork. Rachel was an advocate for us, masterfully pushing back without breaking down communication.

Thank you for leaving a review and sharing your experience. If I can be of service in the future, please don't hesitate to reach out.
After months and months of denied claims from the VA, I started looking for a firm to represent me. After several weeks of searching, I found Berry Law Firm. Jason my current attorney took the time to talk to me as I knew nothing about law firms and how good they really were. Fast forward Jason took me from 60% to 70% and we still are not done! I could not be happier with their firm and Jason in particular. He remains determined and listens when I speak. If anyone is frustrated with the VA system I strongly recommend Jason and his firm.
Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
• Notable: This rating indicates that the lawyer has been recognized by a large number of their peers for strong ethical standards.
Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
Attorneys that receive reviews from their peers, but not a sufficient number to establish a Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating, will have those reviews display on our websites.
Ratings and reviews are feedback from people who have either consulted an attorney about an issue (but may not have hired the attorney) or people who hired an attorney as a current or former client and provided their feedback to our sister site, Avvo.com.
