I came to Berry Law late last year because I wasn’t getting a satisfactory result on my own. I have noticed all the Berry Law Billboards in my area and found that their office was one block from where I work. I signed up with Berry Law late last year and was assigned to Matthew Bartling and his team. Not only did they start new claims for me, but they also assumed all my old claims. Mr. Bartling has reached out to me numerous times to fill me in on the current status of my claims and speaks to me in layman’s terms so that I can understand how to proceed forward. Mr. Bartling and Berry Law have a wealth of knowledge navigating the VA system, with real-time correspondence before I receive notice in the mail. We have won some of the smaller claims and are still working some of the larger. I wish I came to them sooner.

Seth and Missy were recommended to me by a fellow Veteran whom they had also helped. Working with Seth and Missy was very easy and they were always very responsive and easy to get a hold of. I have nothing but good things to say about Berry Law and Mr. Sean Shepherd. He was able to get me to 90% Disability rating in less than a year when the VA only awarded me 10% originally and said everything else was not service related. I would recommend Mr. Shepherd to anyone who needs help with their claim. He is on point and knows his stuff. If I could give him 10 Stars I would. Truly the best service and care I have ever had. Mr. Shepherd understand the law and has done an amazing job fighting for my case. I am a combat veteran with 2 shoulder replacements, neck and lower back injuries, and a PTSD diagnosis. When I originally spoke with the VA the only thing they marked as combat related was my hearing loss. I nearly fell out of my chair thinking wow my 5 combat tours in Iraq, Afghanistan and Africa where I gave my all counted for nothing according the the VA. As soon as Mr. Shepherd took my case I knew I was in good hands.
