a go getter who will work tirelessly to get you the compensation you deserve. Both she and her assistant were accessubke as needed, stayed abreast of my case, literally did all the paperwork, and quickly submitted any appeals well ahead of deadlines. And, unlike some points of contact in other law firms, Mrs. Costello and her assistant were readly accessible by email or phone whenever the situation dictated. After numerous attempts to increase my VA disability rating were met with denials, a buddy recommended BLF. Mr. Steve Downey, Veterans Case Manager and Mr. Ulysses Larios (and later Mr. Rosario Torres), Legal Assistants were simply outstanding! With their dedication and hard work, I was able to attain a 100% permanent disability rating (from 80%) within one year. I’m a Gulf War veteran and before working with Berry Law I was not making any progress with my VA claims. I was also utilizing the VSO to help me with my claims but the VA kept denying my claims. I was looking through the internet one day and I noticed that Berry Law had very good ratings so I decided to give Berry Law a try. Jason from Berry Law was so helpful and he is a fighter with the VA . I was at 70 percent before hiring Berry Law and then within 6 months I went up to 90 percent. All I can say is Jason is doing an awesome job for me and he will fight for you. The battle is not over yet with the VA Jason is still continuing to fight me. I recommended Jason to my brother a former Marine stationed in Camp Lejeune for 10 years and was in the same situation with the VA they kept denying his claims. Jason right away took his case. I will continue to use Berry Law and refer them to other Veterans in the future. Thank you Jason

This was not only Sean, but his legal assistant Jazsmin Cryer was very professional and able to answer all my questions. Even with them being in Omaha, NE and me living in AL there were there as if we were in the same location. I fought my case on my own for over four years before hiring David. The VA continued to claim there was no evidence to support my claims. With in two years or so not only had David won that case but also a follow up case which together helped me reach 100% disabled. I would recommend David to all my family and friends for their VA cases.
