I was referred to David Hoeser by a friend of mine I served with in the Marine Corps, and I could not be more pleased with the time and effort in put into my cases with the VA. He is very knowledgeable and will keep you updated as new information comes to him. Mr. Hoeser will finish what he starts.
Working with Tyler was great. He helped me get my case submitted to the VA and explained every step and every stop the VA put up. Can't thank him enough for his help. If I ever have to work with the VA again, I will 100% ask for Taylor.
Mr. Wikum worked very quickly over the last few months to appeal my VA disability claim from 40% to 90%. He remained in frequent contact with me to provide updates as well as encouragement while I was navigating the VA exam process. Thanks!
Rachel helped my son with a accident case he was hurt in.She is very caring and listens to your concerns. Keeps you informed about everything returns your calls, emails promptly.I will and have already recommended her to others.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Berry Law, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Thanks to their expertise, I received my proper VA Disability grant and backpay award without delay. From the beginning, Berry Law showcased a deep understanding of the VA claims process and provided exceptional guidance throughout. Corrina and the entire team were incredibly responsive, professional, and committed to my case. Their dedication to achieving the best possible result was clear in every interaction. The personalized attention I received was remarkable. Corrina, in particular, was outstanding—always available to answer questions and provide updates. Her thorough approach and strategic advice made all the difference. I highly recommend Berry Law to any Veteran seeking assistance with their disability compensation claims. Their expertise, dedication, and genuine care for their clients make them an excellent choice. The team’s efforts not only helped me secure the benefits I d
My lawyer, Stephanie Costello, worked tirelessly on my case, which involved a long battle with the VA. Initially, I left the military with a 90% service-connected disability rating, but it took nearly four years to reach 100%. The VA made numerous errors, including one provider erroneously reducing one of my conditions from 30% to 0% without an examination. Stephanie appealed this decision, resulting in the 0% rating being reversed and increased to 50%, with the effective date backdated to my discharge from the service. Navigating the VA claims process is challenging, and having a dedicated advocate is crucial. I also want to highlight Marquetta Rupert, Stephanie's legal assistant, who was consistently helpful, providing timely updates and excellent communication throughout the process. For anyone seeking the disability benefits they deserve, Berry Law is the way to go. They are experts at maneuvering through the VA claims process and will fight relentlessly for your rights.
Abbie and her team did a great job with communication with text and email. I would recommend Barry Law to any of my friends. The knowledge of my case was very helpful and made my experience simple. The timing of events was perfect.

Sean Shepherd with the Berry Law team did a great job on my VA disability case. He thoroughly reviewed my initial claim prior to our first meeting, prepared the strategy, and delivered results in the end. Denial decisions were quickly followed up with requests for further review citing previous rulings to support my claim. The team is detailed, diligent, persistent, and well organized. VA Rating went from 70% to 100% utilizing my initial claim.
After 20 years of fighting the Veteran's Administration for hurting my back, my ankle, PTSD and other traumas, Berry Law was able to quickly take me from 0% to 90% Disability in less than 6 Months. They took my medical records and studied them, interviewed me and then sent me to non bias doctors. I was impressed by the work that David Ossian and Tuesday MetcalfHofts and their team were able to do so efficiently and thoroughly. Thank you both and Berry Law. If you've been denied by the VA, this is your next step. If they don't win your case, they don't charge you. They represented me better than I ever could have done on my own, or the DAV or the other 2 groups I used that were recommended by the VA previously. Don't waste your time, this law firm is all that you need.
David Hoeser at the firm of Berry Law represented my case with diligence, professionalism and integrity. His communication has been prompt, thorough direct and complete. I highly recommend both the Berry Firm and Mr. Hoeser specifically to any Veteran in dealing with the Veteran's Administration.
Reviews
These client and peer reviews are from the Martindale-Avvo Legal Network.
Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
