Simply put, I am glad I selected Berry Law to represent me. This battle with the VA is finally over. I thank God and Berry Law for this positive conclusion. After two denials and seven years later I now have my appeal successfully completed.
I'm writing this review to let people know about the outstanding work that the Personal Injury team at Berry Law performed for me recently. Specifically, because of the expert professionalism and dogged determination by Attorney Rachel Collins and Paralegal Alex Cianciaruso, I received a great result and a terrific settlement in my case. The team's communication with me was terrific throughout the legal process. They kept me informed at every step in the legal process and also provided encouragement to me; truly exceptional and greatly appreciated by my family. Their concern for my welfare and recovery was very much appreciated by my wife and I. The team treated my case with reassurance and respect throughout the process and for that we are very thankful.
Everyone that I had the chance to work with in this case was very knowledgeable, consistent, and passionate when dealing with how to execute this case in my favor. Anytime there was an issue or question I had was always met with a quick response and follow-up email detailing next steps on how to move forward. Claims tend to take a lot of time naturally; however, working with Berry Law, I was able to get multiple claims approved with the desired and well earned 100% rating in a shorter time then doing the claims myself. The most important quality they displayed was there patience and determination to making a huge difference in my life with the approval of these claims. I am grateful to have worked with them and would absolutely recommend them to any veterans looking for help.
I was referred by fellow veteran to Berry Law. Even though I work and live overseas, Berry Law firm was willing to take my case which a lot of other firms don't. I chose Berry Law as my representative because they have excellent reputation and heard goods thing from my fellow veterans. I liked working with Berry Law because they were very clear from the beginning about fees and their plans to win my case. They followed up promptly. Matthew Bartling was my case manager and couldn't be happier working with him. He was willing to help beyond my expectations. I got what I wanted and my life has changed positive way. Thank you so much for everything. I love you guys.
When I left active duty, I had a host of issues that I tried to resolve myself. Years later, I attempted to file claims through the VA and reached a 60 % rating. I was struggling to get the appropriate services and I reached out to Berry Law. They were recommended to me by a friend from active duty and I was connected with Matthew Bartling, from Lincoln, NE. Mr. Bartling made it very clear that he would do everything to get me taken care of and he delivered. He was professional, motivational and helped me get to 100%. Mr. Bartling is a veteran himself and I am thankful for his help and Berry Law as they have put me in a place in life where I can take care of the issues I have been dealing with and can support myself. Thank you so much.
I recently retired from the military and received what I thought was an underrating in some areas. After doing some research, I came across Berry Law. They had solid reviews on Reddit and other places, so I gave them a try. Its hard to express how please I am with the experience. They worked with me throughout the process to ensure I receive a fair and accurate evaluation from the VA. Through their efforts, I reached 100% and validated my belief that I was initially underrated. Their assistance was literally life changing. I can’t recommend Berry law enough. Reach out to them. You won’t be disappointed.
Working with this lawyer was very easy, they were thourough and determined to make sure we received everything that was needed. I would recommend their services to anyone and definitely go with them if I need another lawyer.
Montana did an excellent job of expediting my burn pits case through the pact act. I ended up recieving 100% va disability for stage 4 cancer in 6 weeks. Excellent work by Montana and everyone at berry law.

They helped me out with my VA benefits and were fantastic and professional the entire time I owe them a huge debt of gratitude. The process went a lot faster and they fought for every single benefit that they possibly could get for me with my medical history and military record.

My case had gone in for so long I had given up on it. They kept appealing the decision every time and eventually almost 13 years the law judge ruled in my favor. Berry law was professional, Melissa was prompt and explained things very well. I would recommend them to any veterans struggling with their benefits.
Reviews
These client and peer reviews are from the Martindale-Avvo Legal Network.
Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.

Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
