My case was very difficult as my service time was 60 years ago during the Vietnam War. I honestly didnt believe I was eligible for disability benefits , but was encouraged by my assigned attorney, Sarah Hardy. Initial claims were denied, but Sarah kept persuing in high level review. After over a year of submissions, success was finally achieved 2 days ago. I was awarded 80% disability. It was an unbelieveable moment. The insurance company tried to take advantage of the fact that I was being very reasonable and also hadn't been through this before, but they went too far with it when they offered such a low amount and I'm so glad that I called Berry Law! Rachel read my case and immediately called me as her child had experienced some of the same things my child experienced.
