In my experience, I'm learning more and more that the more aspects (departments) under which we Veterans are assisted, by our fellow Veterans, we appear more likely to be properly, respectfully and with all dignity, better served!! Seth Chambers, (thank God) fits that "mold". Veterans can, in most cases, I feel, fully empathize and can walk in the shoes that I've walked in, mentally and emotionally!! Thank you Seth!!!! Warmest Regards, Shelley Gilbert, USCG
Shelley - thank you for leaving such a heartfelt review for Seth and recommending him to others; please let us know if there's anything we can do for you in the future.

I cannot tell you how great Berry Law is, and especially Ms. Corrina Bartels. I had contacted a number of “Veteran assistance groups”, and all promised to help. They did not even request records or to interview me. Then, I read the reviews for Berry Law, and was put in touch with my Attorney, Corrina Bartels. The entire firm, including my attorney were super responsive, investigated my case, and were invested in obtaining a favorable outcome. After a few short months, I was awarded, on the appeal that Ms. Bartels submitted, 100 % service-connected disability!!!! As my fellow Veterans know, this is a life changing experience. I would add that Ms. Bartels was as happy with the outcome of the appeal as I was and am! Plainly stated, I would give more than the 5 stars allowed. I also urge any and all veteran’s who need help in obtaining benefits that they earned by their service, to contact Berry Law. And most importantly, specifically ask for Ms. Bartels to be assigned to the
We appreciate you leaving such a great review for Corrina and Berry Law. We hear stories like yours a lot and thank you for sharing your journey with others reading this review.

Seth Chambers at Berry Law was a welcome relief to my legal issues. From the start, his knowledge and professionalism were exceptional. In the end, he won the case. Thanks, Seth!

Thank you for leaving a 5-star review for Seth and Berry Law.
I have really enjoyed my experience being represented by Mr. Hoeser. I started at 70%. Mr. Hoeser was able to get me an increase to 90% and then 100% in less than a year. He is always responsive to emails and is great at explaining each next step. I have reached out to a couple of other law firms for assistance with my eye claim and was told that they could not help me with my claim because it was a congenital disorder. Berrylawfirm did not hesitate to take my case after speaking with me on my initial interview. Mr. Hoeser filed an appeal with the BVA and won my case and I was awarded 100% T&P yesterday. Thank you Mr. Hoeser and Berrylawfirm. You are awesome!
Montana Crow assisted me with the process of appealing my Veterans Benefits with the Department of Veterans Affairs. She stood by my side for over a year. She was there when I was losing my hope. This wasn't just a business transaction; we created a trusting relationship - although we never met in person. Words can't really adequately express my gratitude. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
I appreciate you leaving me such a touching review; it was a pleasure to get to know you and I'm glad everything worked out in the end. Please let me know if there's anything I can help you with in the future.
Very clear cut in moving forward with claim. Would recommend to any other veteran (and will.) I was referred by another member of my platoon and have been pleased by the results.

David Ossian, with Berry Law, provided exceptional service. I was having difficulty furthering my case with the Department of Veterans Affairs. David took the time to listen, knew the regulations that applied to the case, filed the appropriate claims, and argued on my behalf with gusto. Thank you for your hard work.

Thank you for trusting us with your husband's VA claim! It's been an honor to assist your family.
We have finally been approved for Permanent and Total Disability status, 100% with the perseverance and hard work of Montana Crow. We feel so grateful that she was assigned to us during the most critical time that when our claims were in the final stages with the Board of Veterans Appeals, that resulted in a lot of our remands being approved with her brilliant defense. Montana was always ready to submit her arguments early. We highly recommend her to any Veteran needing assistance with VA appeals.
Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
• Notable: This rating indicates that the lawyer has been recognized by a large number of their peers for strong ethical standards.
Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
Attorneys that receive reviews from their peers, but not a sufficient number to establish a Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating, will have those reviews display on our websites.
Ratings and reviews are feedback from people who have either consulted an attorney about an issue (but may not have hired the attorney) or people who hired an attorney as a current or former client and provided their feedback to our sister site, Avvo.com.
