My experience with this firm was professional and clear cut. The communication has been timely and informative as well. Navigating legal matters can be confusing and uncomfortable. Collections especially can feel aggressive and shameful, and difficult to discuss. After weeks of calls this firm stepped in and recognized improper practices from the get go. In addition, this firm made the process transparent and effective. I would highly recommend.
