I knew I had to retain an attorney with years of experience and no nonsense attitude. I scheduled an initial consultation with Ken and we discussed all the potential issues in my case. Ken answered all my questions and I felt very comfortable in his abilities and knowledge of the law. I had no problem with his attorney's fees because I knew I was in the right hands. Ken kept in constant communication with me about my case. I did my homework and hiring Ken was the best thing I did.
Mr. Morse is a wonderful attorney. He is always responsive, supportive and will be completely honest with you. He is representing me in a custody battle and without him I would have fallen apart. If you are ready to fight for your rights, Mr. Morse will stand beside you with confidence.
Mr. Morse help me navigate a very difficult situation for the best, saved me from a financial turmoil from a long and arduous separation. i wish i never have to need a lawyer again , but if i ever do i'm sure to come back to Mr. Morse.
Was very concerned about my welfare. Very easy to work with. Excellent Attorney.
Best thing I did was using Ken Morse as my attorney for my divorce
Ken Morse is driven by money for himself and will find any and every excuse to bill. He's not a client driven divorce attorney. He will prolong the case as much as possible to rack up his bill. After paying him thousands of dollars and getting nowhere, I left him as a client and went to another attorney.
Does not return communications in a timely manner. Actually talked on his phone to another client while he should have been prepping me at the courthouse 10 minutes before hearing. Went 3x over original estimate, and then asked for 15k to go to trial. He could not retain staff, always had a new legal secretary. I actually had a motion denied because he forgot to have it notarized. Very good at telling you what you want to hear, my case dragged for over a year before I fired him.
I had a bad experience with Ken Morse. I was looking for a divorce attorney online. I didn't think I would need to do a bunch of research as my divorce would be simple. It dragged on for over a year with follow up issues needing to be handled. Ken's attention to detail, focus, and responsiveness were lacking. Its a shame to spend 400 plus per inflated hr and have to beg for service. It got so bad I had to fire him in the middle of negotiations. Your choice is long term term. Avoid this Attorney
