About The Hamp Law Offices, LLC

President and lead counsel for the Law Offices of Shawn B. Hamp, P.C. (An Arizona Professional Corporation), Mr. Hamp has practiced for over 19 years with an emphasis in criminal law. He has handled thousands of criminal cases and has represented hundreds of clients in the criminal justice system.

Mr. Hamp is an experienced trial attorney having been lead counsel in over fifty criminal jury trials. As private defense counsel, a majority of Mr. Hamp's cases resulted in total acquittals at trial. A vast majority of all cases resulted in dismissed counts, acquittals, or convictions on lesser included offenses.

As a former prosecutor, Shawn Hamp handled all types of criminal cases including, DUI/DWI, Drug, and Homicide cases. He brings his experience and dedication to serve those individuals in Northern Arizona accused of committing serious crimes.

My experience with Mrs. Virginia Crews and Shawn B. Hamp Law Firm was all together a smooth and relieving experience considering the position I was in. If I did not understand something Mrs. Crews would explain it to me very clearly and help me understand everything that was going to be happening in the future. Everyone at the firm made me feel like someone had my back when I was in a rough spot. I would one hundred percent recommend this firm to anyone who may need their services.

Overall, I was satisfied with my attorney. But the other staff in the office were truly outstanding. Great at keeping me updated and always returned phone calls, something that isn't usually done anymore. Can't say enough good things about all those who were always available when I need anything.

It was a great experience working with Shawn B. Hamp and his amazing legal team. Troy Anderson was assigned to my case. I was facing 4 felonies and over a decade in prison. I ended up receiving supervised probation for two years and my Class 6 felony charge will be dropped to a misdemeanor upon completion of probation. I was more than satisfied with Troy Anderson's work ethic. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very reliable. I would highly recommend using The Law Offices of Shawn B. Hamp!

Thankyou for your help. Yes I would recommend this firm. They are very quick in response and never asked me to visit them or court. All they asked me was for my authorization and signature to move forward. Living in california I didn't even have to attend the court once. Thank you Loxie and Shawn Hamp for your help.

Mr. Troy Anderson handled my DUI case in a very professional and helpful manner. The charge of Extreme DUI was reduced to DUI to the slightest and the penalties were close to minimums. Mr. Anderson always replied to my questions in a prompt fashion which helped reduced the stress that goes along with being charged with a DUI. I found their website and MyCase very helpful in keeping up to date with all the relevant information pertaining to my case. I highly recommend contacting the Shawn Hamp Team if you find yourself facing a DUI.

I had a misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge from a few years ago that I wanted to Set Aside. Sean’s office got it done in a timely manner and the fee was very reasonable compared to other attorneys in the area. I would recommend Sean and his team to anyone who wants to Set Aside a conviction.
