Our firm in Canada was required to hire a lawyer in Texas to obtain a "re-sealing" of a Grant of Probate in Texas and then close out a US bank account in the name of the deceased. Ms. Serafini Smith was absolutely wonderful in dealing with these issues which are not easy when dealing with two different countries . She was determined, professional, efficient, great at problem solving in dealing with the bank's never ending and changing requirements to close the account. She kept us informed each step of the way and, we believe, went above and beyond to complete this matter for our clients. We would highly recommend her. Working with Ms. Beth has been a great experience. For a couple in our early 50's, we did not know what we should do to protect our assets and plan for things that Will happen. We wanted to make sure our children do not have to make hard decision for us. Ms. Beth explained everything in a way for us to understand. She was patient when we asked questions. We could have used any Attorney, but we wanted a person who is personable and who doesn't treat us just as a client.
