We had a difficult case against my employer as the employer kept changing attorneys, but Brian kept with it and I received a reasonable settlement.

Hired Law Firm

Switching my representation to John Rossi was the best decision I made. I truly feel he cares about his clients. He is responsive to email and phone. I never felt unprepared or unaware of what was going to happen. He was not afraid to challenge the status quo and fought for my and my kids best interest.

Hired Attorney Brian C. Cichon

Mr. Cichon does not return calls promptly - often week or so later. Has called at end of work day and left message and then unable to recontact until next day or after weekend. When states will get back to you, usually does not and you have to contact him and leave numerous messages. Client made to feel their business is not that important and case drags on.

Hired Attorney John Rossi

I totally regret hiring Attorney John Rossi. In my opinion he had no idea what he was doing he was very complacent and incompetent. I felt that his communication was terrible and he was anything but proactive.
