The roots of our law firm stretch all the way back to the late 1890s. We have vast experience in a wide range of practice areas, including personal injury, family law, criminal defense, civil and commercial litigation and much more. In addition, two district judges in the Second Judicial District Court of Cherokee County were former attorneys at one of our predecessor law firms.

Hired Law Firm

Ricky and Jill both worked on my case. It was a jury trial and we were awarded 4 plus million. I would not want to be on the other side of the Richards Law firm. Ricky argued the case in front of the jury and was very aggressive. The Richards Law firm is now handling a few more issues for us. I would highly recommend this firm.

Hired Law Firm

Mr. Richards has represented my three grown children and one minor child in gaining property left by their deceased father. He has done research on issues that are more complicated such as child support to be paid from estate. During some of his investigative work Mr Richards also uncovered some inappropriate use of funds by an administrator. He has looked out for my children and gone above and beyond

Hired Attorney R.W. (Ricky) Richards

Richards and Penn law office provided excellent representation along with having an office staff that was extremely helpful while I was going thru a difficult time. Divorce is never easy, however, I would say that Mr Richards and his office staff made it as easy as possible. Knowledge of the law and providing a wealth of information to me so I could understand the whole process was extremely helpful.

Mr. Richards is a very sought after attorney, excelling in his field. When it was time for me to hire a lawyer, I knew immediately there was no other lawyer to consider because Mr. Richards' reputation precedes him as the "best lawyer in the area". His staff was exceptional in their professionalism and their wonderful attitudes helped ease me through a difficult time.
