This guy Gary Nelson and his staff are terrible no return calls very unpleasantly office tells me hes not availed law and not in would not recommend at all held on to my case for 2 years told my next attorney that I hired that was just as badd that he sat on my case for to use deliberately took my money and got no resolution...

Gary sat on my case for two years doing nothing. He was recommended to me by a coworker, whom also used him. Her case case closed over a year ago. The day I went to court, Sept.9 2013, I let him go. I was never reimbursed for any medical or medications. The QMI doctor only reviewed present medical and interviewed people involved and said not work related.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
