My personal experience with Ron and every person in the office was exceptional. I felt that I was the only client when I was interacting with them. Jennifer, Amy, and Ron were always available no matter how many questions I had. Every step of the way was explained and follow-up reminders were so helpful. If you are in need of an attorney, the situation you are in is already stressful. The absolutely best experience with Ron was his compassion for my situation. I was put at ease from the very first conversation about my situation and how best to proceed. I can't imagine working with a better group of people.

After doing alot (and I mean ALOT!!) of research on security clearance lawyers, I decided to take the chance with Ron...and I’m very happy I did! I came to him very worried about getting a security clearance with the issues I had from my past. He talked and walked me through the entire process and made me feel at ease the entire time. When I received my Statement of Reasons (SOR), I felt that I had a good chance to obtain a clearance but wanted someone to consult with. I went with Ronald Sykstus to make sure I wouldn't make any simple mistakes. Looking back on the process, this was one of the best choices I made. Ron provided a lot of great advice and helped me from making the kinds of mistakes that would of resulted in my clearance being denied. Even thought I didn't retain his services to represent my in the trial, he was good about checking in with me, reviewing my SOR response before submission, and pre-trial preparation. I did a lot of the heavy lifting myself, writing, preparing the documents, etc., but it was great to have someone with the expertise to review everything without being charged for every single meeting (I only paid an initial consulting fee that I didn't expect to go very far). If I had to do it again, I would of consulted with Ron before filing my SF-86.
