I was going through a divorce as a federal employee and needed someone with experience navigating the federal benefits plans, and someone willing to fight for my best interests. I chose Mitchell J. Howie because of his familiarity with the federal system and his reputation within the legal community. Now that it is over, I can tell you without hesitation that I made the right choice! Mr. Howie and his team are fantastic! The communication was better than I ever expected, they are very knowledgeable in the laws governing the issues I was facing, nothing had to be “researched”, their flexibility was very impressive when things took different turns, and in the end, everything was perfect! My interests were protected, the documents spot on, and the entire team worked aggressively for a favorable outcome! Let's face it: if you find yourself in the unfortunate position of being charged criminally, your life gets turned upside down until the process is over. Mr. Howie has been my attorney for 2 years now. He's been with me from the very beginning. I can confidently say that he treated my case with the same care and attention that he would give a member of his own family. And when you find yourself having to do battle with the state, trust me- you WANT a legal warrior. Mr. Howie was fantastic about discussing strategy with me and also giving me the pro's and con's of each decision. He knows the law inside and out, and he is the best litigator that I've ever seen. I compared it to watching him play chess, while the state played checkers. Some attorneys are just trying to take your money- if that's what you want, more power to you. But if you're like me, and want to fight false allegations, Mr. Howie is the attorney you want. He takes his cases personally, and I am proud to call him a friend

BEST CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEY IN HUNTSVILLE! I had never been in any kind of trouble before in my life and I'm over 40 year's old so when I got a charge against me that was totally a mistake on my part I had no clue what to do or who to talk to about what I should do. I read all the reviews for Mr Howie and I saw nothing but great thing's being said. I have to say everything I read was completely true. Mr. Howie and his staff treated me with respect and were super great about listening to side of the events without judgement. After speaking with Mr Howie I knew there was no doubt I needed him to help me through my court case. He was very knowledgeable about everything. Hiring an attorney is a lot of money and if you are like me and don't have a lot it might not seem worth it but trust me everyone please if you need an attorney give him a call you won't be sorry. You definitely want him on your side helping you through everything. Thank you so much Mr Howie for everything.
