Marinar finance had me cornered. I received a flyer from attorney David Fernandez and decided to give him a call. He was very attentive and assured me he will do his best. In less than a year, he took Marinar to court and won the case. I couldn’t have wanted this to end in any other way. I can’t say enough about how great this team has been. Mr. Allen walked me through my case, explained the judicial process, took time to search out any other lingering issues and made sure I was set up for success. I was expecting a settlement but As the icing on the cake my case was DISMISSED!!!! My heart is so full because this gets me closer to starting over again after the pandemic and life through me off course.

I obtained Mr. Fernandez's help during the pandemic for a couple of debt issues. I have never had to acquire legal assistance before, so this way my first experience dealing with a lawyer or a court. Mr. Fernandez and his associates and staff are very patient and understanding. They are a very professional group of people. Excellent customer service! You are kept informed throughout the whole process and everything is explained in order for you to clearly understand. Your calls and emails are returned within 1-2 business days. Besides informing his office of anything new that might have arrived in the mail regarding my case, I literally had to do nothing. They handled everything for me. Never had to go to court. My experience with David Fernandez was a great one!
