All, David and his legal team are amazing. I know the reviews may bring questions because most are extremely positive, but let me be another one to say they're 100%. I was advised by Mr. Hernandez, "don't freak out, you may not hear from me for about 9 months to a year but this is what we'll do...." ..So I did just that, easy payment plan, sat back for ~7-9 months and received a call from David's office that my case was DISMISSED! David's team has been amazing please give them a chance if you need their services!!!!

Today Christmas Eve, Dec 24, I received a call from Davids office informing me that I had another case dismissed. On Initial consultation David will provide what the results could be up front on each case with the promise to perform the best representation to win on each case and his rate.
