I secured the services of this firm after an exhaustive search to resolve a case in which a debt collection firm was taking steps to garnish my elderly mother's account. Unbeknownst to us, there was a default judgment from 2010 and in 2024, they attempted to collect 26x the original debt amount due to attorney fees and interest. I called many firms and others either rejected the case outright or only offered to assist with a bankruptcy. During the free consultation, Mr. Fernandez was very knowledgeable and explained all options, potential outcomes, and associated fees which gave me confidence to hire his team. His fee was reasonable and he was transparent with the fee structure which helped me choose the best way forward. He was honest with me regarding the likely unfavorable outcome of the more expensive approach. Not only did his firm quickly resolve this case, but they negotiated a settlement of a >80% reduction in the inflated debt amount. I 1000% recommend them!
