About Bryan Joseph Fagan

Born in Denver, Colorado and raised here in the Houston area, Bryan has always had the inclination to be someone who can help others and he always put forth all efforts in everything he has set out to do. Coming from a Real Estate background, Bryan felt he his real passion was helping families and through practicing family law, he does just that. Bryan is a member the Texas Bar College, which is an honor that is bestowed on less than 10% of lawyers in the state of Texas. This honorary society is devoted to pursuing the greatest amount of legal knowledge through actively furthering their education. Bryan’s desire is to better represent his clients with a deeper understanding of the law. As Partner Attorney, Bryan makes sure every Associate Attorney is actively involved in each individual case to ensure conscientious work and attentiveness. When Bryan is away from the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Camille, family, and friends.

Bryan has been my lawyer for years. I first used him for divorce. He has become my go-to lawyer because unfortunately my ex will not co-parent with me.. He and his office staff are very professional fair and honest. I appreciate that.

I had a pretty sensitive case, a struggle for quite some time. I spoke with the firm and was assigned an attorney. My assigned team was awesome! My case was carefully looked over and plan of action was accessed. Attorney Horton along with Sammuel Roberson put my case together and upon mediation opposing council settled. It was a huge relief to know I had a great team behind me going the distance. Thanks to Fagan's firm I now can put this issue behind me and move forward, I can't thank my attorney Patrice Horton and Mr. Roberson enough.

This firm is full of low level lawyers who have limited experience in divorce cases. They are not aggressive in supporting your case and the significant majority of effort, data and tracking of all aspects of the process will fall on you. They are only interested in billings and payments.

Working with this Bryan Fagan law firm has been disappointing, six months, three different attorneys, one not even a family law attorney, no temporary orders for my adult disabled son, missed court fixings, misspelled name on petitions, over billed, exhausted trust account we sti have no court date, billed still , no callbacks they will recuse themselves if inquiries are made or ethics questioned They do not fight for your case, billing staff is combative and bullying, we are domestic violence survivors, and are now depleted of funds and hope, they recuse themselves $5k later with no disclosure just an email from billing and a paralegal.
