I follow the Golden Rule in my practice, treating my clients as I would like to be treated. My relationship with my clients is like a partnership, and the client is the ultimate decision maker. My role is to help my clients make good decisions, to prepare legal documents for them, and to represent them in court. Behind the scenes, I gather information and perform legal research, then present my clients with their options, including the advantages and disadvantages of various courses of action. Many of my clients are experiencing stress as they go through challenging circumstances and a difficult period in their lives. I encourage them to think strategically, to focus on the big picture and their long-term goals, and to remember there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

Hired Attorney James Wilson Jr.

James was great, demonstrated empathy, he consistently displayed with all his actions that he cared and wanted the best for me and my family. Excellent attorney and wonderful advocate for his clients. Very intelligent and an expert at his business.

Hired Attorney James Wilson Jr.

I came to Mr. Wilson and he was friendly, informative and has become a lawyer that I work with again. He made my process simple and but me and my family at ease. When he took on my case he made sure we was aware of anything important every step of the way. The cost was reasonable and I definitely say it was well spent.

Hired Law Firm

Strong caution to anyone looking to hire Mr. Wilson. He is much more expensive than other lawyers of his same caliber. In addition, he does not have a paralegal or any additional staff, so all work is charged out at his higher than average rate of $300. In just 80 hours of work, that translates to over $4000 more expensive than other lawyers. In addition, due to no staff, he tends to be scattered and not on the ball with regards to his case load. I wish I had vetted more options.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
