Great service by both principal and office staff. Rates are reasonable (for the area), and if principal is unavailable, office manager responds to tee up questions. Strongly recommend.

Michelle was a pleasure to work with. She took care of all of my needs immediately. If she couldn't produce a deliverable in a reasonable time due to vacation plans she would let me know as soon as she could. Michelle provided me all the details needed about actions that would be taken as well as expectations.

There were times when I would have liked a more detailed response to my questions, so I could gain a better understanding of Michelle's reasoning/approach to responding to various aspects of my case. I realize she's busy and I am not the only client, but I personally would rather have more information than less. Not because I distrust her capabilities, but for my own comfort and knowledge. To me, knowledge is power. The more I know, the better armed and equipped I am to make the best decisions.

There were times during my case when I didn't exactly know what the process was or why the firm had chosen a certain course of action. It would have been helpful to me personally, and eased some of my anxiety, if I had been given a clearer, more detailed explanation of their approach and responses to certain events.

I relied on Michelle to help me with my divorce and custody case. 18 months and almost $20,000 later, I was in the same situation I was in the beginning. No agreeent, no divorce, no custody settlement! When I approached her and voiced my concerns about the legal help I was receiving from her, she sent me a letter saying that she thinks I should seek legal council elsewhere, because our relationship had come to an impasse. She showed no attempts of trying to work harder in my favor.
