Hired Attorney

Jay Christofferson proved himself to be an exceptionally talented and effective attorney in litigation that had become multifaceted, convoluted, and very contentious involving Probate; specifically, the breach of fiduciary duties of the trustee. Against all odds, a tag-team of three attorney's from three different law offices were retained by the trustee, all of which were committed and determined to protect, defend, and shield their client from wrongdoing. The agreeable outcome that we achieved relied on the following qualities and attributes: Jay's exceptional listening skills that provided a full and complete understanding of the issues and narrative -- vital in the comprehension of available information. Jay's highly effective communication skills, both verbal and written, provided highly responsive and timely interactions b/w all parties, myself, opposing counsel, and the court. This case was about a fair and equitable compromise and agreeable settlement, and we accomplished that.

Mr. Christofferson was very efficient and professional in handing my inquiry about my car accident. I received more than I was expecting and I would recommend his services to anyone in need of a personal injury attorney. Mel Kleinveldt-Lewis

Mr. Christofferson is the best lawyer you’ll find in Fresno. Extremely knowledgeable, committed, objective and yet outstandingly polite and ethical. He helped my family and I through the hardest time of our lives and got us the so expected positive outcome.

I don’t recommend Jay if you are looking for someone who really values you as a client and a person. Unfortunately, Jay’s lack of ownership and willingness to stand behind his work evolved into his lack of willingness to continue representing my family.

Referred through ESP. He sounded very short, arrogant. He wasn't very helpful and wasted my 1 authorization for free consultation with EAP. I wouldn't recommend and wish I talked to someone different.
