I made the difficult decision to move on from my original divorce attorney at another firm as there was little progress and called Bari Weinberger who connected me with Robyn Howlett in the Freehold office. Within just a few months Robyn was able to make a breakthrough with my ex-wife's attorney and bring the case to a close. Without Robyn's persistence and direct approach, as well as her kindness and empathy for both sides, I'm almost certain the case would still be ongoing. After it was resolved Bari herself took the time to call me and see how I was doing. I would recommend her firm and Robyn to anyone looking for someone to be their best advocate during a difficult time, or maybe even someone like me who needs a change to get to the finish line.

Several years after my divorce was finalized, I needed to petition the court for child support. I knew my ex would be opposed to it and while necessary, I found the very thought of going through the process overwhelming. I was struggling to figure out how to get started… how and if to approach my ex. After consulting with Christopher Garibian, a Partner with Weinberger Divorce & Family Law Group, I not only had a clear starting point, but I felt reassured that he wasn’t just after the retainer, but that he was willing and fully equipped to represent my kids’ and my best interests thoroughly and competently. I'm so glad I retained Richard to represent me during my divorce which was just finalized. It could have been very long and contentious, but Richard did an amazing job of working with my ex's attorney to negotiate a fair agreement. He did everything he could to keep the legal costs down for me and kept meetings and correspondence brief, yet was always responsive. He has so much experience and knowledge working with divorce cases I felt very secure with his advice. In the end it came down to the wire and he jumped through hoops to get everything wrapped up for me quickly, and I am very pleased with the final outcome.
