I hired her for a case and she did not even study the case. After reviewing the case, she came up with some unreal assumptions. I gave her a list of her mistakes 1.5 month before the trial. She clearly did not study the Fact-Sheet I prepared for her, as she made the same wrong assumptions and mistakes 5 days before the trial. I told her to read the Fact-Sheet and stoop doing the same mistake. She had the audacity to call me, yelling and threatening me with dropping the case 2 days before the trial. Unfortunately I had to keep her since she was paid handsomely and there wasn't enough time to hire someone else. During the trial she tried to get me confess on 2 of the lies (wrong assumptions) that I schooled her about. Long story short, never trust her to win a case. But if you insist, offer her 50% upfront payment and 50% if she wins. Let her know you don't care about her appearance in the courtroom, you want the result.
