I had many questions regarding my foreclosed home. I called the Jursinski offices and was completely and surprisingly satisfied with the service I received. They went above and beyond what I expected a law firm whom which I had not yet hired did to assist me with my questions. Everyone we talked to at Jusinski and Assoc. was pleasant and helpful. They responded to every concern we had in a very timely manner. It was expensive for our budget, but not nearly as expensive as the alternative choice of holding on to two properties that were extremely underwater financially. Extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Both the arbitrator and mediator respected her in high regard. Very practical and down to earth. She tried to keep costs down but unfortunately; the other lawyer was unprofessional and had an enormous ego and was going to keep the case going at all costs. The only gap was me not understanding the complexity of the process; however, this may be due to the fact it was not a normal procedure, especially due to the low dollar figure. Maybe a fact sheet up front - if they do not respond to lien then x happens, if the appeal the non-binding arbitration, then x happens etc... Her knowledge and work ethic is impressive and would 150% recommend her and the team. The only reason responsiveness was not at five in my opinion was Kara was trying to keep costs down as the case kept dragging due to the other lawyer's laziness and lack of responsiveness to her.

Highly recommend Ryan Murphy and the whole Jursinski team. They all operate with your best interest in mind. They are dedicated, professional and always prepared. We won a very difficult case and set precedent after a long legal battle. So gratifying when the good guys win. Hope we don't need him again, but would definitely hire him again if needed and would recommend him to anyone who has a construction contract issue.
